I am a pianist, educator, composer, and bandleader from Toronto, Ontario. I have an Honours Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Piano Performance from the University of Toronto. In addition to my jazz training, I have also trained classically with the Royal Conservatory of Music, and hold my RCM level 10 certificate.

I have been teaching music for over eight years to a variety of students at a wide range of skill levels. I work with beginner, intermediate and advanced pianists of all ages. My lessons are always directly tailored to the needs and desires of my individual students and span topics such as classical music, jazz, pop, sight reading, composition, music theory, playing by ear, and more. My students' ages range from 4-84!

I believe that the student/teacher relationship is crucial for the success of a student and strive to teach material which the student is passionate about. I enjoy spreading the joy of music with others and believes that anyone, with the right mindset, can achieve their musical (and non-musical) dreams.
