What do you love most about your job?
I love guiding and educating client through the mortgage process. Helping them achieve their goals is the best feeling in this job. I use my experience to do this as best and efficiently for them to make it as smooth and easy as possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the customer service industry since 1999. I have had a few different roles and with each role I was able to be more impactful in clients lives. This and the fact that being a mortgage broker I can help people with one the biggest purchase of their life and have them going forward in the right direction make me want to help as many people as I possibly can.
Why should our clients choose you?
With my experience I have handle hundreds of clients mortgages. I know how to best strategize and problem solve a client file. Along with this the deepen relationship we hold with our lender because of the amount of volume we have fund helps us to really be a difference maker to clients.

With everyone dealing through this pandemic, we are able to provide out service online virtually. We can also communicate through email and/or via phone. We have a client platform to gather all the information and documents on a secure server for our client and our own peace of mind.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are fully remote and can handle everything with out meeting in person. We use application like zoom and others to make it easy for our client to communicate and work with us.
