I get to know my clients very well to discover their goals, dreams and needs and design a program that will achieve their results but be fun, enjoyable and motivating at the same time.

You can’t out train a bad diet. To get the body of our dreams cannot be achieved on training alone. I assist my clients on their nutritional habits as well as their physical activity.

I thinks it’s a blast to get to know new people and join them through a transformation that improves their lives in so many ways body, mind and spirit.

I’ve always been entrepreneurial and the private format allows me to be flexible and flow with my clients needs versus restricted by a format or corporate system. The body requires change to adapt so I need to be flexible.

I am certified in Physical Intelligence Technique which is a system of lessons and exercises to teach clients how to use their body to activate or deactivate different hormones or neurotransmitters to shut off stress responses and negative emotions and feelings instantly or turn on performance states, good emotions or positive empowering feelings when needed. The body has built in switches for all of these and science has shown us how to activate them using very specific activities/drills or movements. I teach people how to take control of their bodies feelings and emotions to live a healthier stress free life or perform at their highest . Professional athletes and performers use many of these techniques but anyone can learn them and benefit from them.

Endurance training is used to increase physical tolerance for activities in life or sport. Specific types of exercise can increase cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance, neurological endurance and more.

I specialize in assisted stretching and mobility exercises to help clients achieve or regain lost mobility inhibiting their functions in life or restricting them from higher levels of performance or to remove pain.

In order to gain muscle you need to do specific types of weight or resistance training. Not all strength training is the same. Exercise and sport science has helped us understand how to achieve muscle size versus strength or endurance etc. Some people. Want strength but to not get to bulky. Others want to gain size. These goals are achieved in different ways.

I am trained in techniques to help patients reduce or resolve areas of pain in the body through specific movements, physical intelligence techniques and therapies. I also work closely with a team of health professionals who can assist clients who may need further support for pain or injury.
