What do you love most about your job?
The fashion industry does not sit still, it changes with every passing day and requires a high level of dedication and passion to keep up and stay relevant. A hefty mix of creativity and technical expertise is required in order to conceptualize, design and execute a successful fashion brand - and to keep it growing from season to season. We enjoy helping fashion brands keep up with the design development and branding tasks that will solidify their place in the industry in order to grow a loyal customer base.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working at various mid-sized fashion companies in my early career, I realized that the seasonal-structure of the fashion industry creates lull-periods in the workflow. Whether we were waiting for samples to arrive or waiting for photos to come back from the photographer, I realized that many small-mid sized fashion companies don't really require a full-time, in-house design staff to accomplish their goals. With this mentality, I began Anchor & path to bridge that gap and provide services to companies who needed the work done, but not on a full-time, salaried commitment.

We are a team of dedicated fashion designers - formally trained in fashion design at post-secondary institutions. We also have a professional multimedia designer on-board to help with any video-editing and graphic work that you may require. We are a versatile team, ready to help with a wide array of tasks on your list.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a 100% remote company, so interacting in-person with customers is luckily not an issue for us. We have, however, helped many of our customers navigate these challenging times to the best of our ability.
