Chris brings a very unique approach to coaching.
I learned a lot about myself.
Chris’s questions demonstrate a sense of presence and care for what you as a client bring to a coaching session.
After a coaching session with Chris I often felt like I had more clarity and direction. Often I would come in without a specific goal in mind. During our coaching sessions Chris allowed me the space to figure that out. I often find myself saying “that’s a great question” during the coaching session. Sometimes you just need someone to ask the right questions to help you get your thoughts together. I definitely recommend working with An Inspired Life on your way to find inspiration!

What do you love most about your job?
I truly enjoy helping people discover the changes they want to make in their life to build a compelling future. I derive satisfaction when a client has those big *EUREKA* moments and not only discovers what's been holding them back but then gets excited at planning for a new, exciting future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We ALL have our issues and struggles. Some people lose faith in themselves to make it through those struggles and they get crushed. Others work through problems and achieve amazing growth.
I've experienced failure and deep depression and was fortunate enough to be able to pull myself up. It was through that struggle that I discovered coaching and I instantly recognized that it was the right path for me.

I can't do the work for you, but together, we can discover where you are, what's holding you back, and chart a course forward to the life that you want.
Our sessions are a space where you can feel safe. There is never any judgment or prejudice.

I would love to be able to take every client out for a coffee and have a nice, chill chat, but COVID has interfered.
I provide all my services online. It's an extremely effective way to hold a session and allows me to reach a wider group of people.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Zoom sessions allow me to have a very effective call with you, all without the need for masks or social distancing.
1:1 Executive Coaching
Virtual coaching session where we gain clarity on your blocks, what you want to accomplish, and design some steps to move you towards your goals.
Sessions are 1 hour in length.
