Hi, and welcome. I offer psychotherapy, social work, and counselling services. Maybe you’re finding that your usual energy is drained, or that you’re more nervous about things these days; and maybe you’re feeling confused as to why that is.
Maybe you’ve been through a particular life event that has brought you to this moment. Maybe you’re here on the advice of others or because you see in yourself, room to heal and grow. My hope is to work collaboratively to explore your experiences and goals to develop a better understanding of yourself and build healthy coping strategies.
Together, we may process issues such as mood, trauma, certain life situations, or exploring opportunities for emotional growth. I offer psychotherapy through approaches such as CBT, DBT, CPT, and other evidence-based modalities.
