Haven summoned by border officers to leave Canada within 30 days, time was very much of the essence and a sense of panic was definitely present. We needed help and fast. So we called around and unlike other attorneys, Margarita immediately had a clear understanding of our situation and how to solve it by applying for a WP + Sponsorship/PR, thereby obtaining an implied status.

This was in a period where a lot of Ukrainians also needed help claiming their refugee status, and Margarita worked around the clock to help us all. I don’t think she ever sleeps at all :)

Furthermore where other attorneys told us we had to apply in paper, Margarita used the latest online portals that required no paperwork which is a major dealbreaker.

Other than that Margarita's work ethics are highly professional yet still pleasantly personal. Like an experienced friend who is helping you. Of course not for free but the price point is absolutely fair, especially considering she always offers free advice, even before you decide to take her on board.

She always went the extra mile by offering to write explanation letters for border officers, being on standby at crucial moments and would only stop writing/talking until we 100% understood the answers, which are essential things for having peace of mind in a process that is so important to you.

I feel with Margarita’s help and knowledge we were breaking records for obtaining a PR. Of course every process is different but ours took about 4 months and thanks to Margarita those months have been very stress free and smooth and most importantly without any mistakes.
