Jason has a quick mind and is excellent at problem solving. I would show Jason what outcome we needed and he would determine the best way of going about it. For example, we needed to rename over 20,000 image files, changing their generic names to match the unique record numbers for each item. Jason figured out how to achieve this using Visual Basic programming, and had it done perfectly in a fraction of the time it would have taken to do manually. He then taught other members of the team how to do use the same technique to achieve similar bulk transformations. As I upload those records I still say a silent 'thank you' to Jason.
