We were looking for a caterer for our wedding in May 2020. We found Theresa, owner of Alpine Kitchen Creations online and have never looked back! She is professional, organized and has great communication. We have already planned a menu together for our up coming wedding. She is very flexible with suggestions and has great input. We wanted to try some of the food that would be served at our wedding, so Theresa set up a fun-filled food tasting evening for us and a few friends. The food was delicious and it was nice to review dinner ideas with Theresa personally. I would recommend her for your wedding or any sort of get togethers. I have used Canmore Caterers for my food needs on my ski trips for many years. Theresa combines exceptional taste, fresh quality ingredients, unique menu planning, generous portion sizes and (if you're getting meals 'to go') easy to follow instructions. She also happily accommodates dietary needs. If Tre is cooking for you in person a massive bonus about her is how calm and relaxed she is. Many chefs are able to put out quality food but they do so in a stressful manner which rubs off on you, your guests and your event. Theresa is chill, relaxed and obviously enjoys what she does.
