What’s your signature dish?
Our main dishes are Mediterranean style. Although we do many mixed fusion dishes as well.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We like to do a complimentary consultation first. Then we speak about the type of menu, style of service, budget and any dietary concerns. After that we do a catering menu and estimated invoice. Once the client is happy with the information then we move forward with a food tasting.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting the clients to creating the perfect menu to cooking and preparing the menu and the offering of the menu to the guests. Having the client happy is our ultimate goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 20 years in Food & Beverage. I held many positions and enjoyed what I do. It was a normal progression for me.

We work hard for our clients from start to finish. It is so gratifying for both the client and ourselves to have a successful event that their guests enjoy.
