How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By teaching them that health and wellness is a lot like life, you have ups and downs but you only lose when you quit! Having an overall lifestyle change is where you will find the most benefit in the process and everything that comes after it.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and Never giving up. No matter how long it takes you can only fail on your journey if you quit.
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that i am able to give the knowledge that i have aquired in this lifetime to someon else so that they can use it to make themselves happier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My desire to help and guide/mentor people. I did not have someone that knew things about what life would be like when i got older or what i wanted to do or accomplish. So I pride myself on trying to be that guidance or open door for someone else in need.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a vast background in kinesiology with my degree, volunteering and my stints on the football and track and fiels varsity sports teams at my university. I have seen what works and what doesnt and how to adjust properly so that it eventually does.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Overall prepardeness. I try to be overpreparred and overpacked so that i know that i am always with whatever products someone will need to feel safe working with me.
