Alexandra is a delight to work with and I highly recommend her for a variety of reasons. She knows her stuff extremely well and tapers her program to meet my needs. I have loved working with Alex. Basically, she is the opposite of gym class. She’s supportive, responsive, always concerned that you’re not pushing yourself too much (or not enough), and happy to change workouts if something’s not working well. She’s also body positive. I have been training virtually with Alex for 9 months so far, and I really can say she is your go to trainer!!
1. She is not about one method fits all, and tailors the session according to your need/goals.
2. She is reliable, flexible always on time.
3. She takes the time to show how to do the workout right and with minimal stress mentally and physically
4. I used to be a couch potato/marshmallow and now I can say I am much much stronger with her help
5. In every session I feel great during and after!!
6. Her methods are not about excessive cardio, running and sweating but more about gradually building your strength with appropriate/client specific workouts

If you are looking for a trainer with good experience backup with respectful certifications and understanding of workouts .. I would highly recommend her.

Alex is very patient and motivating at the same time. She pushed me just enough to encourage me to maintain my workouts on days we didn’t have sessions. I have been training with Alexandra for the past 10 months and I have only positives to share.

She is always prepared and energized and her positive attitude is surely contagious. Every training is tailor made to my needs and to get me closer to my goal.

Alexandra is so great as a trainer. Not only is she very professional and always prepared, but the sessions are always enjoyable. We can talk about anything throughout which makes it so much easier for a person like me that does not like to work out. I have tried everything I can think of even with extensive research to get healthy and lose weight.

I have every beachbody workout they sell but have never made it past two workouts due to how excruciating the muscle pain was after, even with moderation, and I hated working out so much I couldn't bring myself to do it.

I hired Alex as a last resort. I wish I had known about her years ago. She set up a workout routine for me and accountability that I feel great about and can maintain.

I was able to move past my sore muscles and continue my journey with her direction. She is patient and meets you where you are at, keeping her close eye on progress to assess when to change things up for optimal results. She is there every single step of the way, supporting, providing knowledge and course correcting.

She has changed how I feel about myself, my health journey and my future. I am grateful to have found her.
