You need a reason that will keep you consistent and committed no matter the circumstance.

For example. Mine is mental health. If I don't workout often and hard enough, I feel anxious and depressed and life starts to feel very difficult. If I get in all my workouts, I feel like I'm extremely efficient and I can take on the world.

Getting the body of your dreams takes REALISTICALLY 2 years of dedication which is VERY LITTLE TIME compared to your whole life.

When I went to University for personal training, I did a couple of jobs for different fitness companys and I felt like they cared much more about selling packages then actually taking care of each client.

At my gym, I offer 1on1 personal training in which I'll take you through an hour of;
(5-10 mins) warmup, activation, and mobility
(10-20 mins) strength exercises, supersets and dropsets.
(15-25 mins) variation of exercises prioritizing volume
(5-10 mins) cooldown and stretching

All with the aim of achieving your goals and making progress each week.

Over a video call.

I will build you a personalized workout plan made with the equipment you have available to you and meal plan made with the foods that you like and choose, in amounts to help you achieve your goals and being consistent on a weekly basis.

You will have access to my app where you can track and log all your movements, follow the plan, videos attached explaining all the exercises, and you can contact me whenever you like (24/6) I take Saturdays off.

A big part of losing weight involves being in control of your eating habits.

The best plan is the one that uses familiar foods, in amounts and at times that work best for you, and making sure that you lose 1-2lbs per week so that you can realistically stick to it and not gain the weight back.

We can make as many adjustments to the meal plan as requested.
