I recently had the pleasure of working with Aime for several sessions. It was my first time ever working with a professional coach, so I was unsure of what to expect, but to say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement.
On the heels of completing my master's degree, Aime helped me navigate difficult interpersonal professional situations, prepare for upcoming job interviews, and begin to develop a long-term career plan. Aime also has a very welcoming and open energy about her - something that makes her easy to speak to and with. She is still able to guide each session naturally, without overriding the client's ideas or missing out on important information.
Despite each of our sessions being open-ended, she ensured that I left each session with a tangible feeling of progress, next steps, and a game plan to tackle whatever it was we had discussed.
Prior to our first session, I went into the experience with apprehension about how I thought receiving professional coaching would be, and I left our last session eager to come back for more. Since our session, I have referred many close friends and colleagues to Aime for many different reasons, and I would like to extend this same recommendation to anyone at any stage in their professional development. I cannot recommend Aime highly enough, and look forward to having more sessions with her in the future.

I had a coaching session with Aime about 4 months ago and I was blown away. Going into it, I was very ignorant about coaching.
I even told her about it but she completely changed my mind and perspective.
She is very thoughtful, picks up on ques and naturally knows how to progress a conversation without making it uncomfortable.
After my first session with her, which broke the ice, I booked another session with her to discuss my personal development & career goals. This time it was much more friendly and open. Had such a positive experience.

What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and getting the opportunity to explore deeper. I've always been attracted to working in people facing roles, and connecting with a variety of individuals. Life coaching allows me to continue to connect with people, but go even deeper in conversation. Uncovering realizations and supporting an individuals growth gives me great joy. I love seeing people grow and prosper through increased self-awareness, and gaining confidence. I'm always left grateful to be apart of their journey and watch their personal growth continue.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the freedom to design my coaching programs and methodologies according to my own values and principles. This allowed me to provide a more personalized and impactful experience for my clients.
Additionally, having worked in various leadership roles, I witnessed firsthand the challenges individuals face in achieving their full potential and leading fulfilling lives. I wanted to create a platform where I could offer my expertise, guidance, and support to a broader audience beyond the confines of a specific organization.
Furthermore, starting my own business provided me with the opportunity to continuously grow and evolve as a professional. It allowed me to explore new approaches, expand my knowledge, and stay at the forefront of the coaching industry.
The desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others and contribute to their personal and professional growth served as the driving force behind starting my own business. It has been a rewarding and fulfilling journey, and I am grateful for the opportunity to impact the lives of individuals and organizations through my work.

I care a lot for the people in my life and the clients who come to me with challenging situations. When I found life coaching, I knew I was on the right path. I finally found a way to share my gifts of deep empathy, collaborating with others, self-awareness, growth orientated, and some of my other qualities that fit into this career path.
