I have to admit the first time I used Affinity I was not entirely impressed; however, their lovely personable manner had me try them again. By now my husband and I have both separately been using their car rental service on a number of occasions - both short-term and up to one month. We have had exceptional service as James and Leroy have been very accommodating. They are very punctual and considerate in the car dropoff and pickup, and the cars have been well-maintained and in very good shape. It is typically a seamless and friendly service.I am quite thankful for the most recent rental experience - James and Leroy both made a suitable vehicle recommendation considering my usual preferences and the driving conditions I am not accustomed to in Canadian winters. Also my travel plans were extended at last-minute because there was a death in my immediate family. James made sure I had no worries regarding extending the rental, there were no penalties and they were very accommodating in the collection of the car. A real pleasure. More...

Best service in the whole city. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Very personal service , makes me very proud to support local business instead of big companies like a Enterprise who don’t have the personal touch that this business does . Their fleet of cars is exceptional , all the latest and best models . I had to find a rental at the last minute on a Saturday , and these guys were the only place open! They were a lifesaver! The awesome fleet of cars at Affinity comes second only to the outstanding service that they provide. I recently reached out to Affinity to rent the classic 67 Camaro for my wedding, the car was an absolute gem.
