House Cleaning
Well... Where to start... I was left in tears! I used to do professional cleaning myself but am now disabled and chronically ill. I need help and have learned to lower my standards but the so called cleaning I received this morning would not meet any one's standards. They sent a very young man who couldn't follow directions. He stepped in the door 10 min. after eight and stopped at 9:45. I was charged for 2 hours (2 x $35.00) and he didn't have change so it was $100.00. He spend 45 min. in a bathroom that was not dirty. The soap on the sink was never cleaned. The spout etc. from the tub and sink were not done. He said he cleaned tub, sink and toilet... He said he dusted my bedroom furniture but I can see exactly where he somewhat whipped broadly Around the lamps etc. Even after he so called swept and mopped (he never used water) the floor is dirty and there is debris in front and around the furniture. I feel incredibly taken advantage of especially because I am in real need and only have a small income. More...
