We dropped Zeus and Storm off on Friday for their first stay here. We immediately felt comfortable leaving them and knew they would have a great weekend while we were away! We got updates from the staff throughout the weekend and when we arrived to pick the boys up, we had some pretty tired pups on our hands. Hours later they are still passed out on our couch! Really appreciated the love and care Barks Pet Resort gave my dog while out of town! Being a dog with several special needs, I don't like to leave my pet behind, BUT Barks really blew me away at how prepared and willing they were to care of him. Allie did an excellent job on our Bouvier Bear! Though she had to go short due to mattes, the cut is beautifully even and smooth, finished in record time, and Bear is happy as can be instead of upset as she has been following visits to other groomers.
