What do you love most about your job?
Finding ways to continually improve my company in every way. From office efficiency, so we can provide quicker and more detailed communication to our clients to better training and tools for technicians in the field to get your heating and cooling system up as quick as possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As technology has been developing at a rapid pace, but for whatever reason, the HVAC contractors are slow to catch up. When I took over the business from my father who operated AccuServ for more than 15 years, I wanted to make a big change.
I took advantage of the latest cloud software, communications, and tools to improve the business in every facet. Combing old-school wisdom with modern innovation, I found a perfect blend to deliver an unparalleled customer experience. I've also narrowed our focus to East York where we have 90% of our clients. Reducing our client base away from Mississauga, Newmarket, Oshawa, etc, so we can give all our focus to our local neighborhood homeowners.
