Ten years after AAA Roofmasters installed my new [then] roof, I noticed that the shingles on both sides directly under a down spout of a higher roof were wearing faster than the others. I called the Customer Support team, they recommended a fix, including an extension to the downspout. The Repair Team arrived, replaced the shingles, added the extension, cleaned up and departed. We had AAA roofing re-shingle our roof in 2007 and they did an excellent job. The clean up was thorough with nothing left littered around our yard. We have had them come back twice to replace wind damage and they were thorough and efficient. The workmen were polite and informative. I would highly recommend them. I was happy with service provided by AAARoofmasters and would use the company again if my roof needed repair or reshingling. The repair they did required that they remove vinyl siding to get access to the flashing and replace. They were also going to install a metal in the valley. The first guys they sent damaged the siding and didn't do the work in the valley. Their inspector was prompt in coming out and the company replaced the damaged siding as good as a professional siding company could. They also put the metal in the valley that had been required. Additionally, they installed new plywood where the roof at been damaged due to water leaking through. While the rooftop was open, I was able to provide the guys with additional insulation to place in between the rafters. I was so sure I had been victimized by another company and I was very embarrassed.AAARoofmasters came and inspected the scope and quality of work that had been performed and produced a report and an estimate for me. Tyler was very polite and professional. We needed to have the shingles on the front and back porch roofs removed and replaced as well as some eaves trough and fascia work done. Paul from AAA Roofmasters came out, did a thorough inspection regarding the scope of work and provided a detailed quote the following day.
When the roofers arrived they reviewed the scope of work and proceeded in a courteous and professional manner.
Upon completion, all of the debris was removed and the areas where work had been done were thoroughly cleaned including magnetic rolling of the grass to ensure removal of all old roofing nails.
Overall great customer service and I will be seeing them again in 4 to 5 years for another job that Paul and I discussed regarding the main roof. More...

AAA Roofmasters replaced the shingles of my roof. They were pretty good. The only complaint I have is that they weren’t on time. They came on a Friday, worked a couple hours and left, were supposed to come back Saturday but never showed up.
