Q&As

The ability to meet so many different people with different perspectives and needs. It is a joy to support individuals in healing and developing a way to live a life that they see worth living.

I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years and there is simply not enough publicly funded services to meet the needs of our communities. I wanted to create a space with a group of qualified individuals who would be able to provide evidenced based treatments to folks who need it and cannot wait months to receive it.

We have clinicians with varied backgrounds, training and expertise who are committed to providing effective therapy to those looking to improve the quality of their life. They are all highly trained in the treatments they provide, and all work from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens.

We are able to provide our therapy in person or remotely depending on what you would prefer.

We continue to follow the provincial health care guidelines in terms of distancing, cleaning protocols and screenings for our staff and our clients coming into the office.

Services

In-person or virtual service to support individuals in dealing with a variety of challenges.

We provide anxiety programs, DBT skills group for young adults and a full DBT Comprehensive program for adolescents and young adults.
