They were on time and in an hour were loaded up. Took a little longer to unload of course, going up 3 flights of stairs! The guys never complained about my heavy record collection. These guys are a joke. Took 2 days to move us because they showed up with a little trailer, 3 hrs late, and then they're booked the Sunday so had to come back Monday. We're flexible, no problem. Should've paid attn to that red flag. Finished Monday, or so we thought, told there were tires and 2 patio chairs they couldn't fit in. No big deal I said, we can grab that. Went back later that night and the garage and yard were still full of stuff. Had to get a uhaul. More importantly, they had broken our piano stand so we foolishly let them take it to fix it. TOTALLY GHOSTED! That was almost 3 weeks ago. Finally tricked him with my sons phone(immediate response), "you'll have it in 2 days. Been really busy" (not to busy for a new business call mind you). That was a week ago. JEFF, just give back the piano stand if you haven't thrown it out, which I'm guessing is the FN problem. More...

I found Jeff’s company after a review posted online and had a response within the hour, which was impressive considering the other 2 quotes received came in 2-6 days later. We decided to book with him. I can’t speak highly enough of his service. Our move was today and the new location was 2.5 hours away in a walk up.
