Most big restoration compnies work for the insurance as vendors. This means they have a set price paid to them by the insurance before they even do the job, so each job they’re looking to minimize dry times and repairs to save the insurance the most money however we dont have any contracts with insurance companies and therefore work on behalf of the customer only speaking to the adjuster and heping the customer get the most bang for their buck.

What do you love most about your job?
Customers are usaully panicing or confused when they have water damage. We make it simple for them and get most covered by their home insurance. Nothing comes from their pocket, thats my favorite part.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing the poor customer service and unnorganization of other restoration companies

We wear gas masks that cover out entire face, with filters in them.
