Working with Ioni felt like having a partner for my business. She was such a team player and I felt she was very attentive, organized, and knowledgeable (she helped me with sales).

What do you love most about your job?
Having the privilege to experience mental, emotional and financial break throughs over and over again through my clients! I love being part of another human's journey towards fulfilling their dreams and experiencing those emotions with them. I also love and I am grateful for the freedom I have created for myself and my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
About 15 years ago I was in the darkest place of my life: Over 50k in debt, depressed, no direction or family support, unable to pay bills or get groceries and ashamed to ask for help.
One evening as I was walking back home during a snowstorm in chilling -20C temperatures and snow literally reaching my knees, I noticed a young mother struggling to drug her baby stroller through thick snow which caused her to almost miss her bus. Although a pretty insignificant scene for most people, to me it looked like I was looking at my future self.
That became a huge wake up call. That night as I was trying to fall asleep on my bedroom carpet (because I had no bed!) I vowed to get myself out of that mess and help other young ambitious people like me find direction and use their incredible potential.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I have been where you were. I was talented, ambitious but lost. I was extremely hard working but I had no direction. I spent my early 20s navigating depression and struggling to pay off over 50k of debt.
Eventually I finally found the courage to ask for help and I became a student of leadership principles. Within three years I became completely debt free, and from a frontline customer service employee I became the youngest female leader in a male dominated industry where I was managing and developing over 150 people of different backgrounds and skills. My teams where some of the most engaged and performing nationally for years.
Every senior manager or partner I've had always accounted my success to being hardworking, but I believe the "secret sauces" has always been this. I deeply believe in people's potential. Because like you and everyone who is determined to do great things in their life and deep inside knows they have so much to offer, the only thing that sets the apart is knowing how to access and make use of that potential. And sometimes all we need is a little support, a little hand to show us the way.
Currently I use my 10+ years of developing high performers and leaders in order help the new generation of young, multi-passionate high performers, entrepreneurs and business owners to not just achieve their goals but (excuse my language) KICK *SS in business, life and their communities.
