My 5ivElements Fitness program is a step-by-step workout series, tailored to the needs, physical limitations and strengths of my clients and includes nutritional support and guidance. From a client perspective, I have done it all - been overweight and lost weight, learned I could be both strong physically, not just mentally and I have also learned how to adapt my fitness after I had a serious injury breaking my ankle as well as experiencing a car accident. I know how to help people get set up with the correct tools to reach their fitness goals in a safe, smart way!

To accomplish great things, we must not only act, but also dream, not only plan, but also believe. The secret is just believing in yourself and not setting the bar so high you feel it is impossible. Every time you show up for a workout you are doing more than the person still sitting on the sofa thinking about it. Personal training is not a one size fits all, it’s about the individual and their specific goals. My goal is to get people to where they want to be physically, but most importantly mentally. I really emphasize developing a healthy body image throughout this process and creating confidence in my clients. This is the most important aspect of this journey to me.

I love to bring my experience and passion for fitness to people and help them find the same success I had after finding so many life changing opportunities myself with training!I can’t think of a better way to spend my day and It truly doesn't feel like work if you love it!

Working during the pandemic in the gym, i saw all the challenges people faced getting to the gym so i decided to take the experience i have to people directly so that there are no limits to them reaching success in fitness too!

I am a mother, a woman in her 40's and I am stronger and healthier now than I was in my 20's. if I can find success in fitness then any one can. I offer a safe place for people to set fitness goals, crush them and then set new ones. Like I said above, I really emphasize developing a healthy body image throughout this process and creating confidence in my clients. This is the most important aspect of this journey to me.

Yes I offer remote training where you can workout with me online at scheduled times throughout the week. In this I will guide you through the workouts via video call and the programs are designed to incorporate your equipment. I give you a copy of the programs that you are doing to keep so you can choose to use them when I am not around.

I also offer a full coaching service via my 5ivElements Fitness App, available on IOS and Android which you can do at any time that suits you. This includes a step-by-step workout program, with video tutorials and is available with up to 5 workouts for you to use a week, tailored to your needs, physical limitations, and strengths.
It also includes
• A full meal plan, nutritional and supplement support
• A weekly virtual check in to keep you accountable and motivated, which can either be done via call/video call or via email

I offer online as an alternative to in person as well as offering a workout App for people to use on their own, in their own time.
