We always remove the old system, full synthetic wrap with Ice & Water shield in high leak areas like eaves and valleys, steel roof edge metal, new exhaust covers, proper amount of vents, chimney flashings, and quality shingles picked for Southern Alberta.

Full tyvec wrap, proper metal flashings along ground, windows and doors, proper fasteners.

Facia and Soffit
Steel or Aluminum Facia. (We prefer steel with a wood grain finish as its a nice look and rigid against strong winds. )
Vented or Plain soffit with proper j-channel and fasteners. Can do tongue and grove wood soffit as well.
Snow Removal

We have both shovel crews, and a truck with large snow plow. Gas powered snow machines, snow blowers, shovels, ice melt to serve your needs.
