Best place in town hands down the staff is awesome the gym is clean the equipment is well kept bathrooms and locker rooms are vary clean and there is no judgement would recommend this place to any one and you cant beat the price

Pretty much all the equipment a self motivated person needs to do full body workouts. If you're not self motivated, they have someone there to help you create and maintain a workout plan.

When the formerly Global Gym shut down, I had the pleasure of speaking directly with the owner and operator of this gym. I did not get the sense that this was a person who was trustworthy, who had a firm grasp on his business, or who had any idea on what he was getting into. I have seen gyms open and close regularly throughout the Maritimes. Though the facilities might seem impressive, the way he managed overtaking this business was clumsy and shows his inexperience. For now, I have taken my business and my clients elsewhere but I'm by no means closed off to the idea of re-considering. Will likely re-educate myself in a year's time and see if it's worth a membership. More...
