Just received an email that the Wildcat Canada Day Fireworks cruise I had booked for July 1st is cancelled, with less than 2 weeks notice and no alternative offered. I can’t even book the Fireworks Dinner Cruise, because it is now full. Good customer service would be to offer a spot on an alternative cruise, especially since I had booked this back on APRIL 29! Cruise was great. Be in line at least 30 minutes before sailing time. I bought tickets for 1.30, then got an email saying we had been changed to the 12. 30 boarding. We were in line and they filled up. We had to wait for the 2.30 cruise. What a pain as it interfered with our mini train ride. The train could not accommodate us as they were fully booked until Monday afternoon. They did refund us our train ticket money. More...
