My original rating was a two star, because this company was a no show no call for providing an on site quote. We waited at my empty apartment for over an hour. It was very frustrating as we are busy and in the middle of moving.
I have now modified my rating to a five star, because of how quickly and amazingly they handled my poor rating. Flavia immediately reached out and got the details of what happened, and her husband called to apologize for the mix up and offered some discounts, etc. They didn't deny anything, they accepted that there was a mix-up and apologized, and made a sincere effort to turn things around. I'm now actually very impressed! That was excellent customer service!

Cale and Melissa are always punctual, or notify of a schedual change if required. They do a great job of cleaning. Cale is a self motivated, super helpful guy and will even do odd jobs outside of usual cleaning. (Think sweep cobwebs off the outside covered porch) Their rates are very reasonable. It’s also a huge bonus that the products they use are excellent - not overly smelly or harsh chemical. Highly recommend, thanks guys!
