Paolo was reliable. Always showed up when he said he would. No hidden costs. He built the most beautiful composite deck ever. Cleaned up after the work was done. Paolo very personable and very friendly. From the time he came and gave me the quote he took the time to do the quote. I had others come and leave in a few minutes. The only exit to my backyard is through my house, he laid drop sheets down from front to back. I contacted Paolo and he responded right away. Made mutually convenient time to come in person for an estimate and get the job done in good time. We had a few things we were considering fixing ie fencing, privacy screens, garden gate. He gave me pros and cons of repair and replace and in the end we ended up for now repairing the garden gate that had fallen off its hinges a week ago . He did a much a better job then when it was first installed !!! I am VERY happy with the work and the pricing . We love that we get to create something special for each and every single client of ours. From a fence to a beautifully designed and built deck, it’s the process from start to finish that we love. The satisfaction from our clients makes us love what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started with our family and friends when they hired contractors that just couldn’t do the proper job. From excuses to bad work to not even calling them back.
From there, we decided we would start our own business with the highest standards. Something anyone, including ourselves, would expect from other contractors. We keep producing quality work and ensure every job was treated as if it was our own home. Our goal is knowing that our clients happiness.
