Manpreet got back to me with a quote almost immediately, showed up when promised, and completed the job with zero issues - on time and right on the quoted price. I'll definitely use Zenith again.

Our strata was very pleased with the services provided by Zenith Property Maintenance. Manpreet contacted us within 1/2 an hour of our inquiry. Came by the site on his own and returned again to meet with us to walk the site. We especially liked that Manpreet had a professional manner, listened carefully to what we wanted, asked pertinent questions. Revised his quote (which was reasonable) to included the revised scope. He arrived with his crew on time, carried out the work in an organized and timely manner, updated on completion with some additional items that would need to be looked after by others and completed the work sooner than expected. Manpreet and his employee arrived at the scheduled time. They did everything as promised - gutter cleaning, removing plugged section leading down to the drain tiles - all at the agreed upon price. I had used a different company for many years and decided to look for a new company via Bark. The work performed by Zenith vastly exceeded what had been previously done by the other company. The other company merely removed leaves by hand whereas Manpreet attached their hose to our tap and ensured that all gutters and downspouts were functioning after removing the leaves.
