With Sepehr, we found a caring, experienced, professional, and truly dedicated real estate agent who went above and beyond. Leading up to our agreement, Sepehr acted with transparency and with a high ethical standard in explaining our rights as sellers in Ontario, our expected standard and level of service with his team, and lead us through the required documents involved with hiring a real estate agent. There was no pressure tactics, simply guiding along the process and providing any needed policy or process.Once we chose to go with Sepehr, we felt supported with his whole team, as well as his network of contacts in preparing and updating the apartment to make it “move in ready”. All along the way, Sepehr provided valuable guidances and insights, based on his experience with the market, bringing in contractors and consulting other experts , whenever we were in need. He even did several site visits at different stages - before , during, and after all renovations- to scope customized strategy for selling, for monitoring progress, and for ensuring “quality assurance “.When my mom’s condo was listed, Sepehr and team: customized the listing (having hired professional photographer); kept us informed at every stage; consulted with us at certain milestones,; provided periodic feedback from those who viewed the condo; adjusted strategies, and were open to feedback from our family.All of this led to a successful and relatively quick sale Of my mom’s condo condominium - Especially a challenging task with numerous listings in the same building complex.We are forever grateful for Sepehr’s:- kind and disciplined approach;- applied experience and knowledge;- professional accompaniment and guidance; throughout the whole process!Thank you team Sepehr! As an elderly woman who has had to unexpectedly move to a care home, it was important for me to sell my apartment quickly and at a good price. I am very happy that I chose Sepehr to be my agent. From the start, he was very caring and considerate of my situation. He made himself readily available to my children for consultation and used his extensive knowledge and experience to guide them in preparing the apartment for sale. He was attentive to details and made very helpful suggestions that increased the marketability of my condo and made it attractive to potential buyers. My first impression of Sepehr was that he was very professional but at the same time approachable and easy to talk to. For my husband and I this was our first time buying a house and we were overwhelmed with all the information out there. However, Sepehr was patient with us and explained literally everything from types of houses available to suitable neighborhoods and what to look for when buying old houses etc. He also made the effort to understand our requirements and shortlisted places for us to visit in different areas of the city and continued to refine the search based on our ongoing feedback.
