Jenn is Incredibly Thorough, educated And Takes the time to really get to know you and Your medical history. she figures out what level you are at the gym. She meets you where you’re at! And I’ve had quite a few injuries and she always found ways to work around my injuries. She is very resourceful. I would highly recommend Coach Jenn. If you want to get healthy, she’s your girl!! Had a great training session with Jenn! She was quick to assess an issue I’ve been having with ankle mobility and gave me specific warm up exercises that immediately made a difference. Jenn was my PT for three years. She's outstanding! She's had many challenges herself, so she listens with compassion and no judgment. You can trust her to use experience and competence to develop a strategy that's tailor-made for you. There are many things I could applaud in Jenn. Here are some of them: 1. Her communication skills - essential in any personal service and vital if you are to work well with your trainer. 2. Willingness to listen and see things from your perspective, and understand that sometimes "life" happens. You don't have to fear being reprimanded for missing a session or failing to perform at your best. 3. Experience and expertise - plus Jenn is a lifelong learner. I started my lifestyle change journey in 2018! Jenn More was instrumental and phenomenal in understanding my needs. I started at zero, rebuilding muscles, correct use of muscles and a program tailored to me. She has a holistic approach - food, fitness, keeping health conditions in mind. She truly tailor’s the program to you. After overcoming 21 years of living with ulcerative colitis, multiple surgeries, and even cancer, I experienced firsthand how movement, mindset, and proper nutrition can rebuild a life. I left a 25-year retail career to help others reclaim their strength, confidence, and freedom — especially men and women who feel like their health and energy have been slipping away. I wanted to create a coaching space that’s safe, supportive, and focused on real, lasting change, not quick fixes.

Because I understand what it’s like to feel stuck, tired, or limited — and I know how to turn that around. With over a decade of coaching experience, advanced certifications in strength, nutrition, and pre/post-surgery training, and my own personal journey of rebuilding health after serious illness, I bring both expertise and empathy to every session. My programs are tailored, sustainable, and results-focused, so you not only reach your goals but keep your strength, energy, and confidence for life.

Yes — I work with clients worldwide through my private coaching app and video calls. Online clients receive the same level of customization and support as in-person training, including personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and regular check-ins.
