Yes Boss Plumbing Inc. Is good service but Service cost too expensive. Couple month ago I have a problem with leaking water at the odometer where is the main valve in the basement due to loose screw at the pipe. The technician only spends 2 - 5 minutes to re-tigh the screw properly and cost me more than $500. I'm Senior and if for the next future service I will reconsider it. Not recommend it. More...

Not a good experience. I booked an appt online, only to have to go back and forth with their office on the phone to get the time right. I even called back to confirm later that day and was assured they would be there. They didn't show up in the scheduled window--I waited until about 15 minutes after it had closed, then left to run errands. No call, no update, nothing. The tech apparently told their office that I wasn't home when they arrived, making it my fault. Without consulting me, they rescheduled for the next morning--when I wasn't available. I contacted Yess Boss Plumbing Inc. while searching for a company to install a Flo by Moen system. From the very beginning the experience felt more like a sales pitch than real customer service. I explained clearly that I was shopping around and only wanted two things: a rough idea of cost and availability. Instead of answering, the woman on the phone immediately pressed me for all of my personal information. I told her several times that I was hesitant to give out details like my address and phone number before knowing if the service was affordable. She kept insisting that the only way forward was to send a technician who would provide a written estimate after looking at the job. I explained that this is a straightforward installation with easy access to the main pipe and that any plumber should be able to give a ballpark figure. She continued to avoid the question and repeated her script over and over. Only after I finally gave her my details did she mention there was a $79 trip charge for the technician. She tried to position it as a credit that would apply toward the job if I moved ahead. That was not the issue. The issue was the way the information was withheld until the very end, despite me asking directly and repeatedly. This is not how an honest company operates. If she had simply stated upfront that there was a $79 charge for estimates I would have respected that. Instead, the way it was presented came across as sneaky and manipulative. Based on this experience I have no idea how this company maintains a five-star rating. Potential customers should proceed with caution and ask the right questions because hidden charges are not disclosed upfront. More...
