Our initial contact was with Immanuel, he called me after hours and put me at ease right away. Stanley came out next afternoon. He is a comsumate professional. Friendly , personable , and very knowledgeable. He was quick to offer various solutions for our leaking pipe. We discovered a leak in our kitchen today and above it was our master washroom. Before I started cutting I decided to look up a plumber. I contacted YessbBoss after 9 pm and they were at my place in last then one hour. Stanley Komora came and he assessed the situation and took it step by step without any cutting. I called Yess Boss Plumbing to ask for some help with a problematic faucet replacement in my ensuite. It was so nice to have the phone answered by someone equipped to help me, rather than ringing to a cellphone - I was offered a same day call out for no extra charge. The plumber, Ebenezer, was brilliant - kind, polite and knew what he was doing. He was very transparent with my options and the pricing and consulted me before he did anything, he was respectful and let me know if he would be making noise. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price - plumbers are expensive! Adding my own feedback to the reviews of this stellar company. From callback, to diagnostics, to completion of the job. Yess Boss Plumbing went beyond my expectations of service. Stanley is the fifth, that's right 5th, plumber that has come out over the years to fix the leaking shower issue that resulted in ceiling damage in the dining room below. My guess is the other plumbers had no idea why or what was causing the leak from the upper level bathroom or perhaps found the job too big, too unwieldly to handle, but not Stanley. Stanley seemed to thrive on finding out where the problem stems from and solving the issue : in his own words ‘I’m all about finding solutions”. Another aspect of Yess Boss Plumbing Inc that appeals to me is how straightforward the estimate charting is. You know upfront what your amount owing will be and if something else comes up or you choose some other material than the one initially offered, the estimate is adjusted in real time. You are not left guessing how much the job will be. Great communication between plumber and customer. Stanley and MJ are a wonderful team. Firstly, when we contacted Stanley, he followed up with us promptly (even on a weekend evening)! We required some plumbing work in our powder room. ... we had arranged a time window for him to do the work. On the day the work was to be done he let us know exactly when to expect him. He arrived on time. He reviewed the situation and then explained what was required before starting the work, then explained what he did once the work was completed. This is an account of my dealings with YESS BOSS PLUMBING on Monday Oct. 7, 2024. First off YBP had to find the blockage period. NOT AN EASY TASK. It was eventually discovered because of Steven experience which led him to pursue a hunch which revealed the blockage in a galvanized pipe which was supposed to have been changed to copper 10 to 15 years ago but was not. The problem was then corrected and the water flowed freely again. The bill was very reasonable and even included a 10% seniors discount. Yess Boss Plumbing was contacted to add a backflow valve to a recently flooded basement. They did a great job explaining what would and wouldn’t help with the cause of the flood, and did try to sell me anything I didn’t need. In the preparation for the install they found issues with the ancient clay piping beneath the basement where the valve would be added. They took the time to show me what was wrong along with why it would become a problem in the future. They were adaptable and able to add this work on to what they were doing.
