I called Yaletown Clean on a holiday, July 1, to book an emergency move-in clean. Not only did they answer my call, they also were able to book me in quickly for a service the very next day. Absolutely incredible service! I had a last-minute tenant move-out situation and was scrambling to find a reliable cleaning crew. My experience with Yaletown Clean was excellent. My cleaner was Chantelle Hunter and she did a phenomenal job at my place. She left the place spotless and really put in a great effort. She was organized, methodical, had all the right tools and cleaning supplies, and was clearly very experienced. She did a full 1 bedroom move out clean including carpet shampooing. I was very happy with her services. It was also a pleasure to work with Lola who was the coordinator. She gave m a very good overview of the items on our first call and was very transparent with the pricing. Exceptional Service – Highly Recommend! I recently used this cleaning service and was beyond impressed. Alejandro was incredibly efficient, detail-oriented, and tackled every task with precision. I had a tough-to-reach area behind my stove and oven that I thought was nearly impossible to clean, but he left it absolutely spotless. Not only did he deep clean that, but in just one hour, he also managed to make my entire apartment look immaculate as well as deep clean the two major problem areas- kitchen and the bathroom.
