Noor did a fantastic job with my TV. He suggested a tilt mount (which costed less) for a cleaner look even though I requested a full motion mount. He was willing to lose money to satisfy a customer and make sure I was informed. He was very personable and spoke about why he was doing a specific task and how best to set things up. Noor was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our living room had awkward corners above the fireplace which made it necessary for us to mount our TV. I found his website on Google, filled out the TV estimator form and, within minutes, got a detailed response with the estimate amount as well as potential booking dates. After googling TV installer near me ….this company popped up with high reviews. So I reached out to Noor and let him know what we needed coming up 6 months down the road. He then explained his process and came out to our site while midway through construction. His suggestions and expertise helped us pre wire where needed and prepare for future install which was months later. I am very new to the idea of mounting a television to a wall, and came into a situation where I had to have two TVs mounted, one onto brick. I found Noor to be a huge source of expert knowledge; he guided me on what type of mounts would work best for my situation, and provided advice on other things, like sound bar attachments.
