We have recently begun our journey with VMH properties through which we rented a property of ours and so far so good . They only took 25 percent of the monthly rent to rent the property compared to other companies which take a whole month’s rent . We also look to have reliable renters and Maxwell , a senior property manager with VMH with whom we have totally interacted has made this journey very simple for us and moreover he gets back to you right away if you have any concern . A property management team that can step in and take action when it matters most. Maxwell, Mona and the rest of his team keep their word and get the job done. ..something very rare these days in my experience when paying for ongoing services related to real estate investing. The stress of worrying about vacancy loss is over and I am thankful to this team. I know the tenants will be in good hands and also the investment property as Maxwell understands the importance of looking after a six figure investment for my kids future. The system hasn't been very kind to hard working families who sacrificed a lot and worked very hard over the last 10 years to come up with the funds to purchase and maintain an investment property and without VMH properties stepping up to the plate, we were almost ready to sell since it seemed pointless in Canada's downhill housing market where owners get crushed with excessive carrying costs and rental losses. However, as long as VMH is managing the investment from this point on, I can sleep a little better knowing that perhaps the last 10 years of economic mismanagement might soon finally be turning a corner. I would love to finance another property in Canada for VMH to manage if the market conditions ever make it worth all the stress again, hopefully sooner than later. More...
