One word... Professional!
I messaged Remi on Wednesday at 1PM, he called me back at 1:30PM and met me at 2:00PM. He took the time to listen and understand my situation, he asked all the necessary questions and provided a timeframe for a resolution.
He provided not only the appropriate information requested, but also a video recording as proof. He provided a detailed report of his investigation by Sunday afternoon. This is my first time writing a review for someone and he very well deserved it for his around the clock work.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people. When clients come to us, we are their last hope. Our philosophy is to guide them honestly and discreetly. As most of our clients are going thru emotions, as we are their last hope. In that case, we make sure they are satisfied and we get the results and get the job done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a person that is always there to help others. I got my break from a criminal lawyer. He told me he wanted an in-house detective. I solved few cases with success and he referred me to others and one thing leads to another and here I am after twenty-five years and still loving what I do.

Yes, we can. I could guide clients over the phone depending on the problem and situation. In the case of cyber research, once we have the mandate, all of this is done remotely. Also before any surveillance and once we have the proper information, we like to verify the subject (if possible). All this is done remotly
