I needed help last minute with a child custody case and they were able to get me all the info I needed. Took about a week and now im free of my ex and my kids are safe!

They gave me two addresses for the subject, and asked me to hire a process server to confirm. I did, but my server didn't find that person in the addresses they provided. I requested a partial refund as per contract. They refused, insisting the addresses were correct, and the person might have moved. This didn't make sense to me, as I didn't hire them to give me an out-dated address. Besides, it's highly unlikely that the subject even lived there before, since no one there has ever heard about the subject. I don't trust this company, and don't recommend. More...

I hired them to find out the whereabouts of a subject. They gave me two addresses. Then informed me that I needed to hire a process server to confirm. I did. But my server told me he couldn't find the subject in those address. I demand a partial refund according to the initial agreement. They refused, insisting their finding was correct, and perhaps the subject has moved. This argument is unjustified. I need to locate the subject. This is the very reason I hired them in the first place. What's the point to give me an address where the subject is no longer living. Besides, people currently living in those addresses mentioned they never heard about that subject. It's highly likely the subject didn't even live there before.
