I recently hired Urban Maids for a deep cleaning service (4 hours for $425), and sadly the experience was disappointing. After only 3 hours, the cleaners began preparing to leave. When I asked whether they had cleaned inside the cabinets and appliances, they said they hadn’t. They then contacted Sara themselves and, after that conversation, decided to stay an extra hour. Even so, upon reviewing the results, it was clear the service did not meet the expectations of a proper deep clean. It felt more like a standard cleaning, which would have cost only $170 for 2 hours. To make matters worse, despite multiple follow-ups over more than a month, I still haven’t received a receipt for the service. I appreciated the friendly tone at first, but overall, the lack of thoroughness and the poor follow-through were frustrating. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Living and working in a world faced with the coronavirus means that we have had to up our game to provide the highest level of care for our customers. Deep cleaning with an emphasis on sanitization and disinfection have become much more routine, and we have adopted cutting edge tools and products to fit the growing needs. Urban Maids uses top-notch cleaning tools like Electrostatic Sprayers which sanitize surfaces using 65% less chemicals than traditional methods. These kinds of new technology mean more efficiency and a higher level of care.
We pay meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to evaluate the cleaning service needs of each customer on an individual basis. High-traffic offices for example may require more frequent deep cleaning. High-touch surfaces like doorknobs and light switches should be paid closer attention when used on a regular basis.
Our staff disinfect their cleaning kits regularly and are beefing up the use of protective gear, such as goggles, masks, gloves, hand sanitizer.
