Strength and Conditioning
Our U Rise team is made up of trainers who have excelled at many different sports and fitness challenges. With that knowledge and expertise, we have worked with and helped hundreds of athletes to help increase strength and conditioning levels. Weather its goal specific training for a specific sport, high level sports training or to just help the weekend spots enthusiast, our trainers will design a program based on your needs, goals and experience.

Weight Loss
The U Rise team understands how frustrating and scary it can feel when someone is trying to lose weight for the first time or just can’t seem to loss that last bit of stubborn fat in certain areas.
Whatever the reasons, our goal at U Rise is to specifically design each program for each individual client based on gathering as much information as we can about each individual. This allows us to design and teach U about a plan that is based around U and your needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Along with providing the appropriate knowledge, our team will provide each individual with the motivation and support they need along each step of their weight loss journey. Seniors Fitness
U RISE senior training program include exercises of a fitness circuit, focused on strength, balance and flexibility.
Now more than ever, seniors are understanding the benefits of being involved with a consistent training program. The combination of strength training, stability and core strengthening, increasing range of motion and just keeping your body moving, has added years of improved health and experiences for many. Having stability in balance, the ability to be flexible and move around smoothly is a crucial component to one’s everyday life and happiness as they age.
1 On 1 and Partner Training
U Rise programs are designed specifically to target your own personal goals, ambitions, age and gender.
Here at U Rise Personal Training each program is designed and specialized for each individual client.
After an extensive consultation process in which we gather as much information as we can about each individual, the U Rise trainers will then create and training and nutrition plan based on each individuals age, sex, goals, lifestyle, medical condition, schedule and any other information we need to make sure the plan is set up for each individual to succeed and optimize each and every session. Weather its training one on one with your trainer or with a partner, the U Rise programs are designed for specifically U.
Pre and Post Natal
With the combination of years of experience, Strength training workouts designed around strengthening specific core muscles, pelvic floor strengthening, endurance and flexibility exercises, the U Rise pre- and post-natal programs are designed for each mom to not only have the safest and easiest term and pregnancy, but to also get them back to their pre baby look and feel.
Exercises that will help with labor as well as weight management techniques and knowledge to ensure no unnecessary weight gain has been a winning combination over the years. The U Rise trainers will work with each individual to ensure they have the smoothest and safest experience while being pregnant and after birth.
