What do you love most about your job?
I love what we learn from our clients! I enjoy meeting new people, learning about all the great companies that are out there, and how they are managing their organizations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have the flexibility to manage my own schedule and empower other women to do the same.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a pretty friendly, personable group of people who want to do only what is best for our clients. We tailor our services and do not provide cookie-cutter solutions. We work to understand our client's (and their team members') wants and needs, and work collaboratively with them to create inspiring, high performing work places.

We work with our clients remotely. There may be limited availability for on site visits, depending on client location.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work fully remotely. We have provided counsel to our clients on best practices for return to in-person workplaces regarding Covid 19.

We review your current people practices, and provide a summary highlighting what's working, what's not, and what you might consider in terms of best practices.
We also help implement any recommendations if you chose to continue working with us.
Talent Acquisition
We provide full cycle recruitment across all industries and all positions EXCEPT for Nursing/Medical.
We have recruited tons of e-commerce, tech, real estate, call center, front line service roles, mechanical roles, sales, marketing, and C-Suite. There is likely not a role that one of our team hasn't had experience with.
Strategy Development
Having challenges attracting good people? We deep dive and determine why, and propose a strategy and steps to improve your position as an employer of choice.
Team not as engaged as you might want? Culture not what you think it should be? We evaluate your environment via surveys and meetings, and develop a strategy to help address identified areas that may be impacting your team's engagement levels or overall organizational culture.

Fractional HR
