What inspired you to start your own business?
“I was inspired to start my own business because I saw a real need for dependable, compassionate care solutions in the healthcare industry. Whether it was facilities struggling to find the right staff or patients not receiving the level of care they deserved, I wanted to bridge that gap. I realized I could make a meaningful impact by connecting skilled professionals with organizations that need them and ensuring that patients ultimately receive the best care possible. Starting my own business gave me the opportunity to build a company grounded in trust, quality, and a commitment to improving healthcare delivery.
