KRJ is a responsible and patient coach who fosters open communication for constant professional feedback and for any questions you may come across in your fitness journey.

She's got great advice for how to keep full while staying under a caloric deficit, without triggering binge eating episodes. My binge eating has improved significantly since I started following KRJ's diet plans/advices. After so many years of trying so many types of fad diets trying to lose weight, this is the first time I felt happy and at ease doing it. The results are showing as well! I am incredibly happy with my progress within just two months. This not only made me feel confident in reaching my goal, but also for the first time that this lifestyle change is completely sustainable.

I highly recommend KRJ for anyone who is and have been struggling with controlling their diet, binge eating, or bulimia, and wants to make a change to their lives.

I would say it is 50% of the equation. The other 50% is exercise, lifestyle habits, and mindset. I got you on every part of the journey!

Other than nutrition and exercise, I help my girls build lifelong sustainable habits and mindset shifts that make their results LAST. This is not a "loose 30lb in 2 month program". This is the beginning of lifelong results.

Long answer short, it is the combination of discipline and balance.

I started out as an overweighting kid who's bullied. Battled 7 years of anorexia, binge eating and bulimia. Started bodybuilding and competing. Healed my mindset, food relationship, and health.

I know there's countless girls struggling what I've been through. And I want to help them. For real. I find my job incredibly fulfilling.

I actually have a business degree and nothing to do with fitness. But I find health and fitness to be more fulfilling than my previous accounting job, since we are talking about actually making positive impacts to another person's life.

Because I truly care about my clients beyond money and I have the skills to help every one of them.
