I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, accept, and create a life that is fulfilling on their own terms and reflective of their own values and passions. I am inspired and driven to help my clients reconnect with themselves, heal from trauma, reignite an inner purpose, and discover they are more capable than they ever imagined.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based innovative practice, while also maintaining a commitment to the art of the therapeutic and coaching process.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#10507) and Certified Coach, I have a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria and I have completed the Certificate in Organizational Coaching from the University of British Columbia. I have extensive additional training in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Attachment theory, Narrative and Solution Focused Therapy, and lead with a trauma-informed lens. I also have a passion for, and am committed to staying up to date with, the most current neurobiological research and growth mindset prospectives.
