From beginning to end, the experience was outstanding. We hired Total Security & Surveillance to install outdoor security cameras at our home. Ray thoroughly explained the products and installation process in advance. His installer, Nav, arrived on time and completed the work exactly as outlined. We hired TSS and in less than a week we had a full surveillance camera installation (4 wired cameras around the house and an NVR). The Hikvision cameras they use have turned out to be pretty impressive. The installation, completed by Navjot, was done very professionally - with a full cleanup after, all wires fished to the basement and tucked/hidden from view. What was especially impressive was that, after viewing the images of the cameras and finding three of them not covering the territory I wanted - Navjot returned to move and adjust all of them to get the picture I wanted. There is definitely a learning curve to use the NVR and camera software effectively, but Ray and Navjot have been receptive to helping with this. I would hire TSS again. More...
