The owner of this service, Margaret, cheated me. I asked if she could send me a cleaner to clean a condo I own without my presence because I had the flu and did not want her cleaner to get sick. She billed me for 3.5 hours and barely an hour of work was done when I took a look. Not only that but three hours into the job she called me and said “what rate are you expecting me to charge you for this?” No one should ever try to negotiate upwards in the middle of the job. To top it off she scheduled the same cleaner for the next day at 5:30pm and the cleaner did not show up. She is not returning my call or messages. Super unprofessional. Hope this helps someone else. Am sorry you feel cheated; your apartment was cleaned in good faith, however if you didn’t feel satisfied, this would be another issue altogether not cheating per se?! You were happy with our cleaner’s work for your apartment, that’s why you requested her to come again to clean your other apartment. If the work wasn’t satisfactory this time around, you’d informed us so as find a workable solution. Besides I have always kept a clear communication with you and you were happy with the work done at your parents’ house as well. Furthermore, you consented to the 5:30 pm appointment for cleaning your apartment- it wasn’t our own decision, it was mutual. Also I did not find any missed calls from you about our cleaner not showing up. She actually showed up but wasn’t allowed to proceed. I acknowledge this was partly my problem because I also couldn’t be reached at that time, however alleging that I cheated you is a totally different dimension and a false accusation altogether We strive for the best for all our clients Our lines are open for earnest discussions and we are always happy to be of help Please be encouraged to reach out for any cleaning support you may still have Thanks much

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of TLC Touches.
Margaret made a home visit after I inquired about her cleaning services, and was very personable and knowledgeable regarding what I was interested in.
The person who has been coming regularly to clean my house is great!!! Rarely have I seen someone work that hard for hours on end. I kept asking her to sit and take a break, but she just smiled and continued working...truly impressive. I will continue to use TLC Touches as they have given me more free time to attend to other things in and around my home that need attention.
