The parking violation - APS screening officer is very rude. I got a parking ticket in May but then had to go back to my home country for 2 month for a family emergency. I tried to pay the ticket as soon as I returned however was unable to pay online. I came to the parking violation office to find out why I cannot pay online and hoping to pay the ticket here if possible. However, as soon as I explained my situation, the officer sitting in the middle booth (middle-aged male, buzz cut, some white hair) just treated me like a criminal who is trying to get out of the fines. He interrogated why I don’t pay the tickets, proof of my out of country reasons and time frame, and talked to me in a condescending attitude throughout the conversation. Not sure why he assumes everyone is trying to sneak out of the tickets and not sure why he chooses to treat taxpayers like criminals instead of trying to help. I did not get his name but you can consider this a formal complaint. I am open to talk more about my experience with a senior leader in charge. Please hire better officers who respect their job and are willing to help out taxpayers in need. More...

More than 10 years including European experience. Most of our staff are trained in WHIMS, CPR and AODA

Yes we do however it also largely depends on client preference

I worked as a cleaner for sometime and it was a rewarding experience from both the before and after scenarios and client feedback
We started working freelance in small groups with friends and with the rising demand for our services we decided to form a business
