Betty, an uber ride would have cost $8 to move you from Midas to my place. I would have paid your uber fare if you had asked.
My apartment was not at all dirty. I had pre cleaned it for you as my girlfriend will attest. I don't know why you chose not to come at 11 am but decided to show up after I left my first review when you were a no show. It's a shame you're choosing to make excuses for dropping the ball on my account. You cost me double in the end.

This is an update to my previous review: Betty showed up at my place at 6pm after reading my previous review of her. Received a text telling me in response to my review that she couldn't take an uber to my place because her cleaning items wouldn't fit in an Uber. Funny thing I'm an Uber driver and I quite often pick up cleaning ladies and their equipment no problem. Hi Shelley, I sincerely apologise for the delay in my arrival time, which was due to situation beyond my control. Secondly, I am certain you wouldn't have taken Uber if you were in my shoes after spending over $800 to get my car fixed and also, i'm certain you can remember you chose to go for a standard clean because you said your apartment wasn't so dirty but i still did way more than a standard clean which your apartment manager said I absolutely did an amazing job plus the level of odour that was in the apartment was all gone by the time I was done and i still added an extra service for FREE for the oven cleaning just to compensate on the time difference. So next time, I will recommend you go for a move-out/move-in clean. Cheers

Did not show up for the job. I confirmed the night before and was told yes it's a go. Was supposed to come at 11am but received a call at 10:45am saying she had car trouble. Around 1 pm received text saying her car would be fixed at 3pm and she'd come do the job. It's 4:20pm no show no response to texts or calls. Here's the kicker, her car was in a shop 9 minutes away from my place. A good business person would have Ubered it to my place to clean while the car was getting fixed.
