I hired Nella to tidy and clean my home bi-weekly and she has been absolutely a God-send.
Nella does an amazing job at getting the place cleaned and just as important as the finished result is the fact that she is so communicative.
She wants feedback and open communication always and it’s clear why… she wants to ensure her clients are happy.
She explained that knowing my expectations helps her to do the job I’m expecting.
And she’s right!!
I tell her in advance if there are any special requests prior to the visit and also I list out the order of priorities for that week and she checks them off one by one.
I am very pleased with Nella’s customer service, her trustworthiness and her incredible appetite to please.

Deep cleaning = oven, fridge, baseboards, cupboards, sterlizing
Move-in/move-out cleaning =Deep cleaning plus standard cleaning including bedrooms, sterlizing
Extras include den, office, bedrooms, carpet shampoo, area rugs, interior windows, upholstery shampoo and vacuum, leather sofa, sterlizing
Any special requests can be discussed
