What’s your signature dish?
Fine dining background with special training in Italian Cuisine. Polish heritage has lead to an extensive knowledge in Polish cuisine.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to talk to the client about personal preferences, budget, and allergies in the group to ensure the client enjoys the food and doesn’t run into any issues!
What do you love most about your job?
I have had a deep passion for food since I can remember! Being able to constantly learn and evolve in a job that is so incredibly flexible is what makes it worthwhile!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It has been my life long goal to own my own restaurant! Working and training alongside chefs that shared the same passion as I did always motivated me to get to the next level, and owning/operating a restaurant has always been the dream!
