We are not happy with the service provided by Texotec Inc. The experience has been extremely disappointing. The representative is unprofessional and not supportive, and the customer service is poor. He does not provide proper contracts or documentation and makes major changes — including provider changes — without properly informing clients. He charged us upfront, which other companies typically do not do, and due to his lack of quality, he caused additional expenses for us.
